We are proud to announce a significant expansion of our front-line services and volunteer team to meet rising demand across the city.

Last year, our team helped 5,500+ York residents navigate complex debt, benefits, housing and employment issues. We are now scaling our operations for 2026 to ensure no one in our community faces these challenges alone.

What’s New?

Extra Face-to-Face Support: We’ve launched a new Thursday morning drop-in at West Offices, doubling our weekday morning availability.

A Growing Team: We are training 20+ new volunteers to provide advice more quickly and reduce waiting times for those in need.
