Debt Caseworker
Location: York Citizens Advice
Salary: £27,938.09 – £29,648.85 per annum (pro rata), dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (job share considered)
Contract: Fixed-term to 31st March 2027 (extension subject to funding)

We are seeking a committed and experienced Outreach Debt Caseworker to join our Money Advice Team at York Citizens Advice.
In this vital role, you will:
- Deliver comprehensive, client-focused debt management advice.
- Manage a full caseload with professionalism and care.
- Report to the Debt Team Manager and contribute to reporting for Citizens Advice and funders.
