Operations and Outreach Manager (37 hours per week)

Citizens Advice is looking for a strategic and driven Operations and Outreach Manager to join their senior leadership team. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone passionate about making a tangible impact through accessible, high-quality advice services. The successful candidate will lead daily office operations, oversee outreach services, and manage a team of advisors, ensuring smooth, compliant service delivery while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

In addition to operational leadership, the role involves coordinating outreach projects, securing funding, and strengthening relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities and community partners. The Operations and Outreach Manager will play a key role in service development, performance monitoring, and promoting Citizens Advice’s values of equity, diversity, and inclusion within underrepresented and marginalised communities.

Additional Information
● Occasional evening or weekend work and travel to outreach sites may be required.
● This role is primarily office based, with flexibility for hybrid working.
● An enhanced DBS check is required.
