Are you an experienced leader passionate about maintaining high standards in advice-giving?
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Advice Session Supervisor to join our established supervisory team at Citizens Advice York.
In this vital role, you will:
- Support and supervise staff and volunteers to ensure the delivery of high-quality advice services across York.
- Manage advice sessions to meet client needs and ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
- Provide technical support and constructive feedback to help the team develop their skills and meet quality standards.
- Report to the Outreach and Operations Manager and contribute to research and campaigning work.

In this vital role, you will:
- Deliver comprehensive, client-focused debt management advice.
- Manage a full caseload with professionalism and care.
- Report to the Debt Team Manager and contribute to reporting for Citizens Advice and funders.
