New Weekly Drop-In Service Launches in York to Provide Vital Immigration Support

Citizens Advice York, RAY, and York City of Sanctuary team up to offer free, confidential, and independent advice starting Friday, 3rd July.

Accessing reliable legal guidance can be a daunting challenge for those navigating the complexities of the immigration system. To address this, a vital new community initiative is launching in York to provide free, accessible support for individuals and families facing immigration matters.

Starting Friday, 3rd July, a new Immigration Support Weekly Drop-In will open its doors at the Citizens Advice York offices.

The service is a collaborative effort between Citizens Advice York, Refugee Action York (RAY), and York City of Sanctuary, aiming to ensure that everyone in the community—regardless of their background—has access to trusted legal advice.
